Someone owes me money and won’t pay me back
Hiya! I lent a friend £43 because he was in a desperate situation, with the promise he would repay me the following day. It has been almost a week and he keeps making excuses after excuse. I know £43 might not sound like much, but to us it is a massive amount of money and we have had to delay our food shop as we can’t…

spray paint a wheelie bin to change use?
My black wheelie bin has been nicked and I really can't afford to pay for a new one. Burgundy bins however are free from the council - can I just order one of these then spray paint it black? I resent having to pay for a black bin that is only ever half full anway as I live alone and am as green as they come. Thanks

Hi everybody, not sure this is the right category but none matched. So I posted on a local group yesterday asking for a waste removal service. I hired a man with a van to dispose of some waste for me (it was 2 big plastic boxes filled with general waste, and a wardrobe, I've attached pics). He turned up, took the rubbish,…

Office shoes
I would be very grateful of any advice. I purchased several pairs of shoes online in the sale from Office shoes as I am between sizes. After paying, I wondered what the returns policy was (Lesson learnt - always do this first!) to find that as the items are in the sale, you can only have an exchange or credit note within…

If so, is this even a good idea (condensation etc). There is no doorway between the main part of the house & conservatory so it’s…

Rights of Way
We own a lane leading to a few properties who each have a right of way over our land. The end property wants to develop his site with additional buildings. Does he need our permission for the right of way? Thanks in advance Terry

Government 5000 grant
Hi Everyone.. I live in Exeter in Devon and I would like to look into the funding for greener homes with the 5000 help from the government. On looking online I can't find any company that is within the Devon area that is participating. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Dissolving / closing down PSC
I was forced to move from PSC to Umbrella earlier this year & now decided to accept a permanent role in an attempt to provide my family with some security during these rocky times. Can anyone recommend a company that would help me choose the best course of action to close down and access any remaining funds in my business…
