Why can't I watch programmes?
Hi I've had a problem for some time where if I try to watch a programme from something like ITV Player the programme starts to play,but then it freezes and I get the loading icon; the spinning wheel? Any idea how to rectify this.... Many thanks

I bought my son one of the above at Xmas last year and to be fair he's not played it much. However, I find that whenever we play it the picture is far from perfect and slightly fuzzy.
