Date change
When I call up an old letter using "Write" in Windows XP. It always changes the date on the letter to the current date. Is there some way to prevent "Write" from doing this?

Problem receiving emails in Outlook
I can send but not receive emails in Outlook. I get a Popup asking me to Enter Network Password. I enter this but it still asks me to enter password. I use a NTL (now Virgin) email address. Any advice welcome
