Searching within Excel
I have office 2007 and Vista. I have a spreadsheet and in one of the columns it contains all the addresses I've had to visit. Is it safe to keep an external hard drive connected to a computer (via usb ) even after it has been switched off (via the on/off switch on the drive itself) and then unplugged from the mains?
