Virgin media wireless - Is it worth it?

Please be wary of Dell
I've posted my problem on the laptop thread but feel it's worth giving people a heads up. I've bought a few Dell machines in the past and have been pleased. Not a techie, so please bear with me. If I download a ccleaner, can I leave it at its default settings, as I do not know enough for me to be able to select what I want it to do? Would it be better not to use one at all, rather than download it and not know what options to select? Also the two that I've heard about are…

Is there any decent free software for zooming in on parts of pictures?
I realise I could google this...but I wanted to know from people who may use the software and have your opinions of it. Ideally it would be good if I could zoom in on a part of a picture and there wouldn't be an adverse effect on the quality of it. Thanks
