Moneything have ceased trading
Had an email a few minutes ago to say that moneything have ceased taking new loans and are winding down. If anyone still has funds here there is still the option to withdraw. I withdrew and sold most of my loans about 6 months ago but still have some tied up in bad loans, will find out what will happen to these. More info…

LloydsEasy Saver AER reduction
Just ben advised by Lloyds that the pathetic 0.2% AER rate on the Easy Saver is being reduced to 0.1% AER effective 17 FEB 2020.. Obviously don;t have any actual savings in this account.

Form SA302
I am going to remortgage my BTL property and the lender is asking for my SA302 form and tax overview for last tax year (18/19). Do you know how i can get this as i never had to do a self assessment and certainly do not need to for last tax year. The BTL only started this tax year and previous to this i had no BTL. Thanks

Retirement - what to do with 500,000 cash...
