Hi I have a surplus £20K sat in my bank acct and , a spare '£500' per month regular income. Have a 3 yr fixed rate mortgage and have maximised my ISA. What should I do for best return on this money - savings acct?, buy2rent, pay off mortgage? i also have another approx £25K coming 'in' over the next 18 months. Thanks

Investment % increases compared to Bank accounts
Hi, Quick question (excuse my ignorance): When you read about a funds performance, say over the last 3 years and it says it is up by 15% is that as a total amount from the start amount? Junior miners fund
I'm thinking of going for the MFM Junior Mining fund early next year in an ISA (sry, board won't let me link). Problem is they have a 5% up front fee, and I can't see anywhere on fund supermarkets that would discount that amount. Any suggestions?
