Adding to an ISA.
I apoligise if this thread has been written about elsewhere. I have a ISA which is 'full up' and due next March. Can I leave it where it is and add the next new full allowance to it in April 2010? Can I keep on adding to it year by year? If so, if the rate drops with my provider can I move all of it to a different provider?
