Icesave ISA certificate?
I received my Icesave savings and ISA cash a few weeks ago. I seem to recall that they would send out an ISA certificate so that th ISA amount could be paid into a new ISA without losing its tax-free status. I haven't received an ISA certificate in the post yet. Has anyone else?

is this a TOP tip for saving?
I was thinking whether this is true or not. 2 saving accounts paying the same rate of interest (say 5% AER). But account "A" pays its interest end of March and account B pays its interset end of September. Shares - Opening and Closing Price
Ok so little question, shares. They stop at 4.30 everyday, and open at 8.30 (or 9? who cares its not the point :D ). But the closing price isn't the same as the opening price the next day?
