Got my redundancy notice :(
Well, I knew it was coming but I have now formally been given notification that I'm going at the end of the year. I now have a dilemma - my leave date is 31stDec, which means I lose out on quite a lot of my annual leave allowance due to the forced leave over Christmas. I could ask for VR & go at the end November, thus…

Paying back Voluntary Redundancy to return to work
I took voluntary redundancy in Aug 2009. The amount received was over £30K so there was a payment to be paid to the taxman! There has been talk that I could return to my old company as long as I re-paid them the VR payment over a set term. They will be taking the VR repayment off my net pay and they want the full amount of…

Employment Tribunal Help
Hi Guys, Forgive me if this is in the wrong category, but this one seemed most relevant. I've recently had to take my previous employer to a tribunal as I wasn't paid for my November 2009 salary.
