Help please I was sold PPI by an Independent Financial Advisor working at Abbey National (we sat in the branch so I had assumed he was working for them!) in 1995 I have my mortgage number but no other details. Is there any chance I could be any money back??

PPI and the Ombudsman
In 2012 I tackled Britannia about PPI and had to go to the ombudsman who found in Britannias favour. Much has changed since then. Ive approached Britannia again and they referrred me back to the ombudsmans 2012 decision saying sorry that was you chance, go away. Can I go back to the ombudsman? Iain D
