PPI Pre 1988
I have a MORTGAGE HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY dated 23/11/1981. Can I make a PPI claim for this? I have been told PPI only came into existence in 1988 so what is it that I have? Please can anyone enlighten me!

Hi there, Would I be able to make enquiries and submit PPI reclaims for someone who is no longer living in the UK? They moved abroad in the early 2000s but think they may have had some loans or credit cards which had PPI on them before that time. Thanks
