Moved back from oz and have a letter from MBNA
Hi, I have moved back from oz and have a letter from MBNA to complete re claiming PPI. I still have the account but after moving to other side of world and back again cannot find my original agreement so not sure when I took it out. If I ring MBNA will they tell me or do I have to do a SAR???

MBNA Still not responded after 56 days
Whats the general consensus of what to do once this happens? The 56 days was up 3/4 weeks ago, apparently they are waiting on info from a 3rd party. Should I refer to Ombudsman or do they just chase them up i.e they wont force them to make a decision will they?
