Did Ocean Credit Card come from Citi or Virgin?
Hi all, Looking at my PPI claims before it's too late. I had both a Citi and a Virgin credit card about two years ago. If memory serves me right one of these were "bought" by another company and I think it was Ocean. Does anyone know if this is correct? Many thanks!
