Interest on bank charges
Is it possible to claim back interest on an overdraft which is made up, and is far less than, the charges we are reclaiming. I have also been told that I must pay in £10 per month to keep the account active or action will be taken against me for recovery. Regards Ian Wells

Scottish courts give go ahead to claim charges despite test case.
