Hi Everyone,
Just a quick one really. I started action against Egg (Credit card), got to the point whereby the next step was legal action. I stopped. Not for any particular reason other than I dont really do the "getting arsey" very well.
So I think my choices are
a) Start from scratch
b) Resend last letter
c) Just start court action
Ideas welcome.
The amount in question is about £230. I got my other £2000 back from Barclays, FD etc a while back

i would resend your last letter asking for a reply or you will go to court, the go to court if you do not get the answer you want from them.

Morgan Stanley - Reclaiming £138 - received £120
MINT - reclaiming £110 - received £90

hi all,
I wrote my bank a letter before action letter saying I want my money within 14 days or I'll go to court. their response was a rubbish offer or 125 out the 490 im claiming, unfortunately I didnt do anything else untill I found the letters and my files today. they say in the offer letter that if they do not hear from me within 8 weeks they will assume that I am happy..... Im not happy but that letter was sent on 27th september 2006. can I still just take them to court now even though its months after? or should I send another letter before action note rejecting their offer and setting a new deadline for them?0
