going to court
I have sent a letter to hsbc about a month ago, reclaiming charges of £2200. They sent back the standard letter. Should I put in a court claim to protect the amounts that are in the fifth and six years. What is the cheapest way of doing this and can you add on the cost of the court case to your claim Cheers Steve

Letter from A&L - bank charges
Hi I settled my unfair bank charges claim with the A&L earlier this year. They subsequently closed the account which, I guess, is their prerogative. Luckily I had a second current account so it did not cause too much grief. Today, out of the blue, I have received a letter from the A&L regarding the upcoming OFT court case.…

Is this a valid defence?
Just wanted some (more!) advice re claiming from Nationwide. They have defended the whole claim and I was wondering if they use a standard defence against all claims? This is what they have put in the defence: 1. The Defendant admits that the Claimant holds a current account with the Defendant. 2. Any charges debited to…
