I used a company to reclaim my charges BCR and now they have advised me that the process has stopped till Dec. clearance delays as well as bank charges
Should an investigation be launched into what happens when money is been cleared, given transactions are now all electronic is it wrong for banks to take 5+days to clear cheques, BACS, bank transfers etc. when in reality they should take 1 day maximum.
