New Regulations
Hi guys, I heard that from April 2007 new regulations would come into place which allowed banks to charge £12. So if you were claiming £30 you could only claim £18 back? Any ideas?

Can you give me any idea of roughly how long the banks take to repay the charges once the initial letter has been sent? I have had accounts with Barclays, Halifax and Lloyds. Though I guess there is no definative answer to this question. Thanks
