About to claim bank charges - but I'm overdrawn!
Just after some advice. I have a £1500 overdraft with natwest, and by the time I get paid every 4 weeks I have reached that limit, barely getting back into the black each time, mainly due to some erratic spending last year and bank charges. I am about to write to reclaim the charges, but I'm unsure of the second step…

Interest on Loans taken to cover bank charges

Just over £100, is it worth it?
Hi all, I had an account with Natwest for just a year. It went overdrawn by £3.40 and the charges snowballed to just over £100 (even though I went to the branch and paid what they advised me to to cover it). It's not thousands like some people are trying to get back, but why should I let the bank get away with it. I will…

ridiculous NatWest charge I just received
I had 2 Direct debits going out on the 14th, totalling £60.97 (£52.02 and £8.95). I knew I was near my o/d limit as it was near payday, so got my partner to transfe a tenner on the evening of the 13th to make sure I covered them (she is also with Natwest, so the transfer should be immediate). The Natwest bounced both DD's…

Data Access Charges
I wrote to Clydesdale Bank looking for details of my charges and enclosed the £10 cheque. The cheque was cashed and details received. At the weekend I wrote to them claiming £770 and they've now written back looking for another £10. Is this right? Does the one £10 not cover the entire claim?
