made to take out loan to cover overdraft.
i had an account with nat west few years ago. i went slightly over my overdraft limit and was told the only choice was to take out a personal loan at about 29%,way above their advertised rate.eventually paid it off but probably paid back well over 2000. can this be classed as unfair charges ?

Barclays are going to take me to court for a business account they have now closed! They are asking for over £700 which i know are mainly charges.
