I've bought it, why can't I watch it on Amazon Prime
So, Amazon Prime has lots of stuff that can be streamed as part of the package, other stuff you're encouraged to buy for Prime viewing. Surely stuff that you've purchased physically should also be available to view, a la CD music on the Amazon Music Player! I've queried this, but no luck.

Is a BT8500 phone compatible with a Orchid router?
Any experience whether a BT8500 phone is compatible with an Orchid router? It may be okay because the BT8500 is a DECT device and the Orchid is just wired, and controls outgoing calls only.

Sky Passed Account to Debt Collectors
I wonder if anyone can advise here. I was a Sky customer for many years. When my landlord decided to sell my flat, I called to cancel all Sky products. Since I was moving in with someone who already had Sky, there was no point in trying to retain me, as I explained we would be sharing the Sky service there. The customer…

BT and renting a phone (years ago which is repaid over 2yrs)
I was scrutinising my Grans phone bill and noticed something called a "Equipment Rental - BT corded telephone". When BT first started out you had to rent a phone costing approx £3.90 per quarter. Apparently after 2yrs you had repaid the cost of the phone, however BT continued to charge you for it unless YOU called to…
