I recently received my quarterly bill from BT and it was as follows: Cost of calls £9.22 Service Charges £74 (Includes broadband at £45.93 and BT together option one at £28.07). Disable BT SMS
I had a BT SMS phone. This unfortunately broke (not that I ever used it much). But now BT keeps calling my phone with SMS messages. BT Billing - No Email
Just a note that this month I have not received my Email from BT about my bill. I thought it was strange as 18189 seem to be having the same problem. Also the bill is not showing up online, thank god I still get it by paper. :) Can't beat old technology some times.
