I have just received letterbfrom drp about my blue badge car overstaying its welcome in stockton heath 2yrs ago saying ifbi dont respond i will be going to court!! What should i do? I havnt got £150 in my back pocket and im in enough pain without going to court! Help!

Council car parks ticket machines often out of order
We seldom get wardens checking out local council car park, which is a good thing because quite often the ticket machines are broken, keep your money but don't give tickets. What would happen if wardens did come round when this has happened to us and we weren't displaying though?
