Notice to keeper 1 month after the event...
I got a PCN from Britannia a couple of days back and noticed that the date of notice was one month after the date of contravention. I seem to recall reading elsewhere on this site that they need to send one of these within 2 weeks of the offence so does that make this PCN invalid? For what it's worth I am guilty as charged…
