Compulsory Cancellation Plan - can I object?
Hired a caravan for a week. Only costs approx. £130. The company insisted on a £12 cancellation plan - even if I paid the balance in full at the time of the booking ("company policy, sir"). I stood my ground and eventually they wavered the £12, but not without a written confirmation from me that I would not ask for any…

Airline tickets - HELP!
Hey there! I've got tickets with Virgin to fly to Orlando in April. I booked them with Dialaflight and a car package was included. Unfortunately, me and my partner split up recently and will not be able to go. Apparently, I'm not entitled to a refund nor a name change on the tickets. So it looks like I lumbered with them…

We had a holiday booked to Vienna, flying direct from Manchester. Unfortunately, we have suffered from the BA Connect sale as this route has been cancelled. Thomsons (who we booked with) don't seem too interested in helping us - all they offered was the replacement BA offered which was a flight via Heathrow. Unfortunately,…
