Property trust wills
Anybody got an idea how much it will cost to have it drawn for a couple? I understand the house must be owned in tenants in common. I am thinking of changing my will to include a property trust so that half of my property should go to my grandson. Any pros and cons? Thanks

The opportunity to cease F-T work has been facilitated by my employer offering me a voluntary redundancy package. I plan to start taking employer pension…
