Bought a copy of “New Kitchen Basics” by Claire Thomson from my lovely local book shop for £25 about 2 weeks ago. A friend bought a copy off Amazon for £7.99 yesterday. I love browsing a good bookshop and money’s not a issue so will carry on in bookshops but all the same......

Stopping Amazon prime
I hope this is the right forum (almost wrote Kindle). I'm afraid I will have to stop my Amazon Prime as I can no longer afford it due to circumstances changing. I would like to ask a question, if I do, will this affect me buying books on Kindle etc? Many thanks.

Green garden waste bins
I don't know whether this is common place, throughout the whole country - but in my area, GREEN GARDEN WASTE BINS that need new wheels fitting (the tyres tend to "perish/crumble" after about ten years) - are basically disposed of........... Hardly "green" !! Is there not a company who can refurbish these garden waste bins…
