Redundancy
Hi All I have been told that i am been made redundant and i have a consultation meeting to which i can bring a co worker or union rep. I was told that im not allowed to bring a solicitor or HR person? is this correct? Thank you Nigel

letter from HMRC
Got a letter through from HMRC this morning saying im owed £487 in over paid tax. :D :D:D:D Thought i'd put it up here as it could be that they are getting round to dealing with norn iron people in the big blunder they made this year, just in time for christmas. :j has anyone else got one of these?

Noticed a few weeks ago that there was working going on to the old Budget DIY unit at Connswater. Just seen this morning that the signs are up for B&M Home Store. Have rarely been in these shops myself but I see them mentioned on other sections of MSE so thought this may be of interest to someone.

We have been taking our kids to visit Santa here for years and since it is closed this year due to major renovations - where do we go? This place, though it had certain similarities to Craggy Island, it was considered the real deal by our two. Please can anyone tell me of somewhere else as good?
