I have a collection of football programmes from the 50's-60's I would like to get valued. Can anyone suggest a place in NI that does this? This might be a stupid question :) but I can't find any info on the RCA website. Do single person households in NI pay the same amount of rates as other households? I read somewhere about a 25% reduction for single people but maybe this doesn't apply here. thanks for any help :)
