Town centre apartment mortgage.
I have been trying for months to remortgage my town centre apartment, thro various "whole of market" brokers, who all tell me the same thing. Lenders are not lending against town centre properties above shops and restaurants. Does anyone know when this might change???

Hi all, I wondered how part time / temp work is viewed on by the mortgage companies these days? My wife has recently started a non permanent job and if her wages were taken into account, when I look at the raw figures, they would pretty much secure our application.
