Hi All
I had a house built and completed in 2014 however it turns out i do not have a warranty and my mortgage has expired-is there any way to get a mortgage without a warranty.I do have a completion certificate. (i have contacted warranty companies and they want drawing, plans etc which i am struggling to get hold of due to the architect company closing down)
Any help much appreciated

You mean the fixed term is up and you are on their SVR? Call them up and ask to be put on their fixed rate deals.
Having no warranty isn't an issue if the LTV % is low enough.0 -
By "completion certificate" do you mean from building control, or from the architect (or something else)?0

OP may be stuck for a couple of years then as he built it in 2014, odd how the mortgage was taken out in 2009 for a property that wasn't finished until 5 years later though......0
