Can Bank apply endownment to the mortgage it chooses?
I have an interest only mortgage and three principle and interest mortgages. When an endowment policy matured the bank took the money off the interest only mortgage reducing my payment by about £17 per month, however the amount would have paid off one of the other mortgages saving me over £300 per month.
