Can someone in the know answer this please? Example:£200,000 house, 20% equity loan from government-£40,000 5% deposit from buyer-£10,000, mortgage for £150,000 My question is if the buyer wants to put in say another £15,000 deposit can they they still have the full £40,000 loan from government?
