Well I`m first time buyer and there is a 1 bedroom house for sale at £30,000 it needs updating just cosmetic work. The problem is I have around 10,000 deposit. But most mortgage company`s have a min lend of 25,000 So how do I purchase it if I can`t get a mortgage for 20,000.
