Can you haggle/negotiate?
Ok, so I am still studying and living with parents. I plan to get a mortgage in 3 years and have just done some scary research today. Why are the fees going to be more than £1500. And interest is around 4% :( Can you ever negotiate these fees and the rate or are they the rules?
