Any 90% LTV Remortgages ????
I am stuck on NR svr at the minute on a 50/50 repayment / interest only mortgage.....I have 22 yrs to run with a £186,000 on a house valued £210000 ish...in 10 years i will get a lump sum of £124000 in todays terms....should i sit tight with NR or look around...is the interest rate going to rise this year ????
