Advice needed - 85% LTV on New Build
My husband and I have a 10% deposit saved and the developers are offering us a 5% gifted deposit on a £180,000 new build property, giving is a LTV of 85%. Can anyone suggest where we might be able to get a mortgage for this property? My existing lender will not accept a gifted deposit as part of the 15% deposit.
