I've had an absolute nightmare as a first time buyer from start to finish, most recently with the valuation of the property (a new build) which seems to have now just about been resolved. I obtained an AIP from Halifax around 2.5 months ago or just under. Considering the incredible amount of work and stress that has gone…

100% LTV Deal Expires with Mortgage Express - Any hope?
Newbie here, thanks for clicking into this topic and for making such a great forum. My 3 year fixed rate 100% LTV mortgage with Mortgage Express on a 150K property has just come to an end. Being taken over by B&B, they don't have any new deals so it's on a variable rate now. It was 5.49%, now substantially lower but…

Mortgage - Guarantor
Hi My partner and me currently have a mortgage for £110,000 but due to house prices we would probably only get £120,000 if we were to sell. I don't have a great credit history(no ccj's) but we were looking to move to a new house which would cost £140,000. We wouldn't have the required deposit so was wondering what chances…
