Basic question!
If we have an offer accepted on a house for 115k, the value on the home report is £130k and we need a mortgage of 104k, would that technically make our deposit value £26k even though we would really only need to put 11k down as a deposit in cash? And would the LTV be 80% in this case? Thanks!
