When will deals be updated by latest rates cut?
Hi, First post so be gentle! I just wanted to know if anyone had a rough idea of how quickly the lenders will update their products to reflect rate changes (assuming they do at all)? Was about to settle on a remortgaging deal last week but thought I'd hold off again until Thursday's announcement. Cheers,

Who owns my Mortgage?
I've heard a lot about securitization lately, but it is all a bit over my head. I have a mortgage with the Royal Bank of Scotland. But do they really own my mortgage? And if not, and they have securitized it, who would legally be entitled to chase me for repossession in the (hopefully) unlikey event I was ever to find…
