Has anyone any information re the Northern Bank, based in Northern Ireland.
I see they are owned by Danske Bank (Denmark),but have not come across them before. I am looking at there range of mortgage products and they seem to be pretty competative.

yes i am with northern bank, but i am in northern ireland. not sure who they lend too etc. mine was a re-mortgage, base rate tracker and i was really happy, was the best deal i found even though i was looking around across the water etc. my friend also got a 95% mortgage with them after christmas and she's very happy and another got hers with bank of ireland. once again not sure if its only a regional offer.
your best option is to phone them first to check whether they offer mortgages across the pond.MFW 148 - Mortgage £121,000 1Jan11 / Mortgage £120,300 28Jan11 / £119,808 24Feb11 / £119,400 22 April11 / £119,089 29 May11 / £118,500 October110 -

you could also ask on the "northern ireland" forum. they might be able to tell you there.
