Pay off Mortgage or keep some outstanding??
Is there any benefit in paying off the balance of our mortgage outstanding approx £17k but leaving say a few hundred outstanding - I've read that a) they'd keep the deeds and b) would make it easier to borrow ££ from mortgage co in the future if we really really needed to. Any views? thanks
