is misselling about endowment value or in comparison to repayment mortgage?
Hi everyone My building society agrees that I was given the wrong advise in 1988. But because I paid of a 15K lump sum in 1993 (early on in the mortgage) their numbers show I would break even if I cashed in now and took an early surrender versus my having had a repayment mortgage. Infact they suggest I cash in now and…

Nationwide mortgage if I cancel my credit cards…
Nationwide will only give me the mortgage I want if I pay of my £12,000 on credit cards. I've got over £30,000 in savings (and the credit card debt is on 0% APR), but they won't listen. Any way around this? They'll give me a month to close the cards. Will they check to see if I've cancelled the credit cards?
