This is probably a unique circumstance which is why I am turnin gto these forums for advice, as I cannot find anything in O2 T's & C's applicable to my problem. Mobile phone battery bent straight by repair centre.
My O2 Galaxy Note 4 got bent recently so I claimed on my insurance and it was sent to a Samsung Approved Repair Centre to get fixed. The battery had been bent in the accident and it appears to have been straightened rather than replaced and that is my only concern. As you will read Samsung do not want to hear that one of…

iPlayer app crashing on Windows Phone
Is anyone able to get the iPlayer app running smoothly on Windows Phone? Even when I search for a programme, the app crashes and returns to the menu screen. It also does this during a programme. Reviewiers on the marketplace say that it isn't a real app, but is just a HTML webpage. Really annoyed.

SMS app for android - please recommend a free one without adverts?
Anyone know of a android SMS (texting) app that is free and without adverts? It is for my mum, and doesn't have to be all whistles and bells. She couldn't get on with the one packaged with the phone, so I downloaded Textra, which she likes using, but says the adverts make everything "jump around" on screen. We might end up…

Any 30 day SIMS allowing roaming?
I am in the process of leaving Vodafone - if they will let me - after a complete nightmare. On the Voda complaints thread, someone mentioned the best value deal is to buy your own phone and get a 30-day SIM. Having looked at it, this sounds great. My only concern is I regularly travel in Europe and Vodafone does work and…
