This seems a bit pointless - if you can't use the phone then what's the point in ordering it? I want to get the phone, try it to see if the "mobile mail" function works and if it doesn't, return it. Has anyone used the 14 return thing? Also, surely there's a 7 day distance selling period anyway?

Have all networks stopped giving rollover minutes.
I will need to look for a new contract fairly soon and was surprised to hear that the networks do not give rollover minutes now. Is this true? If it is true then it is a big disadvantage to the consumer as only the networks can gain from this.
