Which Bill to Send for E2Save/OSPS Cashback (Months 4/8/12)
I'd be grateful for clarification on the Bills that I'd need to send in for 2 new contracts from OSPS and E2save taken out recently. The cashback terms specify Bills 4, 8 and 12, but this doesn't seem to fit into the suggested examples shown in the E2save "reference chart" in the welcome pack. The details are as follows…

Mobile phone insurance - advice please
Have just bought a first mobile phone for my son aged 10. The phone cost £100 and it appears that it will cost around £50 to insure it. On the one hand it makes sense, as he can be careless with his possessions but the cost seems out of proportion. Any advice would be appreciated.

The other three companies named were Toucan, Brackenbray…

Any tips to successfully break contract?
A relative's fairly recently (about 4 months ago) upgraded her mobile on O2 and of course has then restarted her contract. But, she really can't afford it! Are there any tips for successfully breaking the contract, i.e. getting O2 to cancel it without asking for the remainder of the line rental? I guess that she could…
