End Of Contract
Hi. I got a contract through Boots/Dextra - phones4u last year when they were giving away Boots points for phone deals. My year is almost up, I've had and used the Boots points and paid my monthly bills on time - what happens next? Do I contact T-mobile and ask for a new deal, contact phones4u or wait for them to contact…

Is This A Scam?
I just had a call from a number I don't know - 01494940XXX. I answered and immediately got a ringing tone, so I hung up before it connected. Is this some sort of scam that automatically makes you dial a premium rate number? Or could it be T Mobile call centre telling me my contract is almost up? A quick Google on 01494…

Confusion over final cheque back payment with The Link
Hi, just under a year ago, I took up what I thought was an amazing deal with The Link. It basically involved 12 months free line rental on a 12 month contract. It was on the Orange 200 minutes/month tariff and included free weekend calls for the first 6 months. This was to set me back £30/month, which I would claim back in…

Whos the best network operator in your opinion?
For me it goes.... 1. O2 2. Vodafone 3. Orange 4. T-Mobile 5. Three My reasons for O2; they generally don't network lock phones, offer good value for money and offer good retention deals. I would have said Orange for their customer service but they are just to expensive and didn't offer me any retention package whatsoever.
