Once your minimum contract term is up, phone and ask to have your handset upgraded, but before you do this, make sure you…

What to do after the minimum term?
I'm very close to taking the plunge and getting a contract phone. What I would like to know is, do you have to cancel a contract after the minimum term period or can you just do nothing and the contract runs out. e.g. At the end of a min term 12 month contract, what would I need to do if I did not want to continue?
