I pay monthly Legal Aid contributions. My solocitor ignored my request to cancel Legal Aid. If i cancel my monthly contributions, would that work. If so would it be discharged or revoked. Thanks

Does anyone know who the Office of Public Guardian answer to? They closed our case, then my daughter appealed their decision almost a year ago.
